CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellations and reschedules require 24-hour notice or they will be subject to 50% of the scheduled service charge. Appointments that are missed and that neglected to give notice, no call/no show, will result in a charge of full price of the scheduled service. This must be paid before making a new appointment.

 

We require 48 hours’ notice to change or amend any aesthetic appointment booked I.E. Permanent Make Up, Injectable Treatment. If you cancel or amend an appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice you will lose your pre-paid booking fee and will not be able to make further bookings until a new non-refundable booking fee has been processed.
