Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 01/01/2018

We require 1 weeks’ notice to change or amend any appointment booked with Emma Wright®. If you cancel or amend an appointment with less than 1 weeks’ notice you will lose your £50 deposit and will not be able to make further bookings until a new non-refundable deposit is paid.

This cancellation policy includes any complimentary touch up procedure which will be charged at a further £50 if the appointment is missed or cancelled/amended with less than 1 weeks’ notice.

If 1 weeks’ notice is provided to amend an appointment, all deposits are transferable to another appointment with Emma Wright® however this deposit is non-refundable and will not be refunded to me under any circumstances including the full cancellation of an appointment regardless of notice given.
